Conference timing

• Exhibitor setup is Wednesday morning beginning at 10:45 a.m. Takedown is late morning on Thursday, then stay for lunch and participate in the prize draw. (Exhibitors often collect entries at their booth for a prize they provide.)
• A rough schedule of events is outlined in the info package. Conference regulars will note that this year's schedule is different, to maximize your investment of time with us. We'll post the final agenda here closer to the date.

Who we are

• OMGMA has 230 members, all in leadership roles in group medical practices. They represent more than 3,000 physicians. We're expecting 85 to 100 managers to attend the conference.

• Stand out and extend your reach with affordable sponsorship opportunities! Continue registration to select options (or contact us with your ideas). Register early to secure your choice!

Your attendees

• Your exhibitor package includes meals for one company representative, from Wednesday lunch through Thursday lunch. This includes our Wednesday evening dinner and networking event at Toboggan Brewing Co. 
• You may add extra representatives during registration. Flexible options are available for your additional people.
