Base fee:
  • Discounted fee (save $160) for members registered by June 26, 2026. Package includes education, meals, evening social activities, 2 nights in hotel.
  • Discounted fee (save $60) for members who do not need overnight accommodations and register by June 26, 2026. Should also be used by one of two people sharing accommodation. Includes education, meals, evening social activities.
  • For non-members who work with a current OMGMA member. Discounted fee (save $160) if registered by June 26, 2026. Package includes education, meals, evening social activities, 2 nights in hotel.
  • For non-members who work with a current OMGMA member. Discounted fee (save $60) for non-members who do not need overnight accommodations and register by June 26, 2026. Should also be used by one of two people sharing accommodation. Includes education, meals, evening social activities.

Come to the 56th conference of the OMGMA! 

Why you should attend

This is YOUR conference, specifically designed for managers and directors. Join your peers who lead FHTs and FHOs, NP-led teams, specialty clinics, and other types of medical group practices.

 Your program: review descriptions of educational sessions 

(more session descriptions will be added!)

  • Your once-a-year opportunity to meet and strategize with other members in person
  • Two evening events included (we're visiting The Gibson Centre for dinner and entertainment on Wednesday evening!)
  • Talk to exhibitors showcasing their latest products and services (new suppliers each year!)
  • Targeted learning chosen by your fellow members. Take some time away from your desk and return to your team with fresh perspective and loads of info and ideas.

Important registration information

  • Members should log in to the website first to access member rates.
  • Program begins Wednesday morning and runs through Friday morning . We'll host an informal networking event on Tuesday evening.
  • We look after ALL your hotel reservations, with our access to discounted rates. Don't call the resort directly.
  • In addition to the educational program, the conference package includes two nights' accommodation (Wed & Thurs) at the Nottawasaga Inn Resort & Conference Centre and all meals.
  • A "no hotel accommodation" option is available for local delegates or for one of two colleagues who wish to share a double hotel guest room.
  • You may book extra nights (extra charge, but at group rates) during registration; choose Tues Sept 15, Fri Sept 18, and/or Sat Sept 19 (very limited for Fri & Sat)
  • A companion (e.g., spouse, friend) registration fee is available to add during registration. (To join you at all meals/evening activities.)

First-timer? Act fast!

Want to attend your first OMGMA conference, but finances are tight?

The first 10 members to register who have never been to an in-person fall conference can receive a 50% discount on the early bird package fee (regular rate $939). Use registration type e) First-timer discount to get the special rate. First-come, first-served!

Can non-members attend?

Non-members who work with a current OMGMA member may attend at the non-member rate. Those in a management role, as well as those aspiring to be managers, are welcome. Members may wish to invite their "right-hand person" to attend as a learning opportunity.

Clinic managers and directors who do not yet have an OMGMA member on their team should first join OMGMA, then attend at member rates.

Each conference delegate should complete their own unique registration with a unique email address.
