The Clinic Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations, administration, human resources and workflow coordination at the St. Marys Medical Clinic, a busy family practice with 11 physicians. This role ensures high-quality patient care, efficient clinic operations, and strong team communication. The Clinic Manager acts as the Team Lead, supporting physicians, nurses, Medical Office Assistants, and administrative staff, while overseeing staff performance, privacy compliance, financial processes, and collaboration with the Happy Valley Family Health Team.
