Through an integrated, interdisciplinary care model, STAR delivers high quality, accessible, and patient centred primary health care to approximately 21,000 patients across three clinic sites.

Given the organization’s integrated clinical model and strong local relationships, regular on-site presence across all clinic locations is essential, and candidates with strong knowledge of Ontario’s primary care system, or the ability to quickly build credibility within it, will be well positioned for success.
