The Halton Hills Family Health Team includes doctors, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, mental health workers, dietitians, health educator, pharmacist and a psychologist, who provide services to approximately 25,000 patients across Georgetown operating out of seven separate locations.

The Board is seeking to recruit a passionate and collaborative leader who will support the Board in developing the strategic direction for HHFHT and provide administrative leadership and day-to-day management for the organization. Reporting directly to the Board and leading the allied health team, the Executive Director will provide administrative leadership and day-to-day operations management and will communicate the importance of the organization’s mission to the public, government, and strategic partners across the healthcare community.
